Every single toy is checked by hand against the sealed sample: seam strength, filling weight, eye and nose pull, embroidery alignment and overall symmetry. Photo records are kept before packing.

Regular production orders

IQC → IPQC → OQC, gate by gate

Incoming fabric and trim inspection, in-line patrol on the sewing floor, then AQL 2.5 outgoing sampling before the cartons close. Video confirmation and retained samples ship with the order.

Questions buyers ask before the first quote

What do I need to send for a quote?+
A description, approximate size and quantity — that is enough for a price band. A sketch or reference photo sharpens the number.
How fast will I hear back?+
Within 24 hours on working days: estimate price, sample cost and a sampling timeline. A real person answers, not an autoresponder.
What is the MOQ?+
It follows the product: large mascots from 1 pc, display plush from 50 pcs, standard styles from 100 pcs. Open the MOQ table on the MOQ screen for the full ladder.
How much does a sample cost?+
US$50–300 per style depending on size and construction. One revision round is free, and the sample cost is credited back once accumulated quantity reaches 3,000 pcs.
Can you copy my existing product?+
Yes — send the sample or photos and we deconstruct materials, fill weight and stitching to match or improve it at your target price.
Will my design be stolen?+
No. An NDA is signed by default before you share anything, designs are never shown to other buyers, and your tooling stays exclusive to you.
Which safety standards do you work to?+
CE, ASTM F963, FCC (where electronics are involved), EN71, CPSIA and CPC, with BSCI and ISO 9001 audited processes. Third-party reports are arranged per shipment.
Do you ship to my country?+
We serve 40+ countries by air and sea — EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Tell us your destination and we will include an estimated freight with the quote.
