The warehousing team decides whether your carton arrives intact
Packing spec, carton strength, barcode and label compliance, storage, mixed-SKU consolidation and the container loading plan all sit here. A plush can leave the line perfect and still reach the shelf dented, mislabelled or one carton short โ this is the desk that prevents that.
Four things the warehousing desk is responsible for
Carton & packing spec
Carton size, ply and burst strength, inner polybag and desiccant, compression and drop resistance โ set per product and per shipping method so a soft toy is not crushed by its own carton.
Barcode & label compliance
Main and inner barcode placement, SKU and colour-size labels, country of origin, warning text and retailer-specific label sets โ proofread against the buyer's spec sheet before a single carton is closed.
Storage & inventory
Finished goods stored off the floor and away from sunlight and humidity, with batch records. Stock held for split shipments, repeat orders or a later release date, counted and reported on request.
Loading & documents
Container loading plan and CBM calculation, mixed-SKU consolidation, palletising on request, plus packing list, invoice, and the inspection record that travels with the shipment.

Packing is specified, not improvised
The packing spec is agreed with you at the quotation stage โ not decided on the day the goods are ready. That way the carton you approved on paper is the carton that reaches the forwarder.
- Carton, inner bag and label spec signed off before bulk starts
- Pre-shipment carton check: drop, compression and label position
- Photo of the packed carton and pallet sent before dispatch
- Retailer-specific label sets and sticker placement supported
- Carton count and CBM reported with the loading plan
From final check to the container in six moves
01 Goods receipt
Finished cartons counted and matched against the OQC record before they are booked into stock.
02 Packing & labelling
Packed to the agreed spec: inner bag, desiccant, barcode and warning labels applied and proofread.
03 Storage / staging
Stored off the floor in a dry area, or staged to the loading bay for a same-week shipment.
04 Consolidation
Mixed SKUs and split-shipment lots separated by PO, carton marks applied so nothing is miscounted at destination.
05 Loading plan
CBM calculated and the container loaded to plan โ weight distribution and safety of the top layer checked.
06 Documents
Packing list, invoice and loading photos issued; third-party inspection can be arranged before the doors close.
Three ways the warehouse can release your goods
The same team handles a full container, a split release or a pick-and-pack order โ the difference is only the plan it loads to.
Full shipment
The whole order leaves together โ one container or one consolidated LCL booking, one set of documents.
Split shipment
Goods held in our warehouse and released in agreed lots, so stock arrives with your sell-through instead of all at once.
Dropshipping
Pick, pack and label per order โ single-unit parcels handed to your carrier with your own paperwork.
Who the warehouse hands off to โ and receives from
Production Team
Upstream: cutting, sewing, stuffing and OQC. Every carton the warehouse receives has already passed its inspection.

Certifications
EN71, CPSIA, ASTM F963, BSCI, ISO 9001 and Disney FAMA โ the paperwork the warehouse must match on every label.
