Cutting, sewing, stuffing, handwork and inspection all happen on our own floor in Chashan, Dongguan — never outsourced. This is the team that takes the sealed sample off the engineering desk and repeats it a few thousand times without drift.

Cutting, sewing, stuffing, handwork, QC and packing all run on our own premises. Key processes are never farmed out, so quality and lead time stay in our hands instead of a subcontractor's queue.

Every unit passes the same four hands
Each station has a written standard and a check before the bundle moves on — the defect that would have reached the carton is caught one table earlier.
01 Cutting
Template or laser cutting to the production pattern; pile direction and grain line checked before the bundle is tied.
02 Sewing
Line sewing with IPQC patrols. Stitch density, seam position and the closing seam are checked at the machine, not after stuffing.
03 Stuffing & handwork
Plump shaping and fill weight to spec, then features, embroidery and trim finished by hand in a clean zone.
04 Final check
Full or AQL-sampled inspection, hanging threads and surface cleaned, photo or video record before the carton is closed.

Outgoing inspection OQC
Full and sampled finished-goods checks with sealed samples on file; AQL sampling standard, video confirmation before shipment.
