Sales is measured by how fast a question becomes a written quote
One named contact from the first reply to the last carton. No rotating inbox, no "my colleague will follow up". A brief is read the same day, a quote goes out with its test reports and packing spec attached, and the order is handed to production with the terms already written down.
Four things the sales desk is responsible for
Reply & triage
Every inquiry gets a human reply, usually within one working day. Style, quantity, destination and deadline are confirmed up front so the quote does not come back with three questions.
Quoting & MOQ tiers
Unit price by quantity band, sampling fee, tooling if any, packing cost and an incoterm — written out rather than "contact us for price".
Sampling follow-up
Sample out, feedback logged, revision confirmed, fee credited against bulk. The version you sign off is the version the floor builds.
Order handover
Confirmed terms, artwork and the sealed sample move to production and warehousing as one file — the buyer never has to repeat a requirement to a second desk.

Every quote travels with its evidence
A price on its own is not a quote. What comes back is a package your purchasing team can approve without a second round of emails — specification, test status, packing, timing and terms in the same document.
- Spec sheet: size, material, fill, colours, construction notes
- Test status: which certificates apply, and whether reports are on file
- Packing spec: carton quantity, carton size, CBM, gross weight
- Timing: sampling lead time and bulk lead time stated separately
- Terms: incoterm, deposit and balance, validity of the price
Six steps, each with an owner
01 Inquiry received
Form, chat or email lands with a named sales contact the same working day.
02 Brief confirmed
Style, quantity, destination, deadline and target price written back for confirmation.
03 Quote issued
Price by quantity band, with sampling, packing and terms attached.
04 Sample built
R&D and engineering sample to the agreed spec; feedback logged and revised.
05 Order placed
Sealed sample, artwork and terms signed; the file is handed to production.
06 After-sales
Shipped, tracked, and followed up — with a reorder path that reuses the same spec.
