Plush convertible · 1000 × 500 mm
A 1000 × 500 mm plush roadster with the middle sunk into a 640 × 320 mm quilted basin — a baby lies flat with the head on the rise behind and the feet towards the dash. The plate on the tail reads my baby's first car.

It is a car first.
The bed happened by accident.
— Bochantoy Roadster 100
Nine buyers in ten order it for a nursery shelf. The tenth orders it because the baby actually falls asleep in there.
Why the middle is dipped
A plush car that is only a shape gets returned. One a baby can actually lie down in gets reordered.
The opening is 640 × 320 mm with a 40 mm quilted pad inside. A newborn lies on the back rather than folded into a seat — head on the rear rise, feet pointing at the dash.
The body is a 20 mm EPE foam shell wrapped in plush. Wheels are plush over a soft core, fixed, non-rolling. Nothing to crack, nothing to catch a knee.
A 120 × 40 mm cotton-canvas plate sewn onto the tail with whatever line you give us — up to 18 characters, embroidered, no extra charge.
Dimensions
Measured on the finished car with the filling settled. Because the shell is soft foam, allow ±15 mm on length and width — it is a cushion, not a moulded hull.
Fig. 1 — Top view, to scale. Basin 640 × 320 mm, 165 mm deep.
The basin is centred on the wheelbase, 180 mm from the rear rise and 200 mm from the dash. A 1000 mm car still fits through a standard 800 mm door — carry it by the two fenders, not the wheels.

One car per carton, 3.6 kg gross. A 40HQ takes about 250 pieces. The basin is not a sleep surface — it is a lounging shape, meant for supervised awake time.
Side elevation — 1000 mm bumper to bumper, 460 mm at the rear fender, 165 mm of it given up to the basin.

Anatomy
A plush car fails in two places: the body sags after a month, or the seams open where a toddler grabs it. Both are solved before the fabric is cut.
Heavy enough to hide a seam, tight enough that it does not pill. Cream is the standard; the lower panel doubles as a wipe-clean zone for the part that meets the floor.
Cut in one piece for each side, glued and bagged, so the fender curve holds its shape after a hundred squeezes. No PP board, no wire, no corner that can go sharp.
40 mm of quilted wadding in a removable liner. Unzip, machine wash at 30 °C, air dry flat — the reason a nursery can keep this on the floor instead of on a shelf.
Every outer edge carries two rows of stitching and a piping bead, and every corner is rounded past 20 mm. No exposed foam, nothing to pick open during a long afternoon.

The basin
The recess is not a seat cut into a car. It is a shallow bed with walls — deep enough that a baby does not roll out sideways, shallow enough that you can still lift them with one hand.
The plate
It ships as my baby's first car unless you say otherwise. Change it below — that is exactly what your customer will do before ordering.
Plate size 120 × 40 mm, sewn on with four stitch points. Embroidery is included; the wood version adds US$1.20 per piece.
Because it is the cheapest personalisation on the whole car, and the only part a parent will read out loud. A name on a plate costs us two minutes; it costs your customer nothing to love.
Why buyers pick it
Nursery shops, gift stores and photo studios order it for three reasons that have nothing to do with how soft it is.
At 1000 × 500 mm it cannot sit on a shelf — it goes on the floor by the window, and it pulls people in from the street.
Baby shower, hundred-day, first birthday. The plate makes it personal without making it a custom order.
One line of text on the tail is a caption already written. Every photo a parent posts is a free product shot with your car in it.
Three quantities.
One very long car.
Start with a single sample to check the sewing and the basin depth, then move to a container quote. Plate text is included at every quantity.
Indicative prices in USD, EXW Dongguan, freight not included. Final price depends on colour, plate finish, packing and Incoterm — the written quotation is the one that counts. CNY figures are converted at 7.2 for reference only.
The questions buyers ask before the first sample.
No — and we put that on the hangtag. The basin is a lounging shape for supervised, awake time, not a sleep surface. It has soft walls and no flat, firm mattress, so it does not meet infant sleep guidance. Sell it as a play and photo prop, not a crib.
No. All four are fixed and non-rolling, with a soft core rather than a hard axle. That is deliberate: a metre-long car that rolls is a car that slides out from under a baby. Buyers who want a ride-on should look at our hard-frame range instead.
The quilted basin liner unzips and machine-washes at 30 °C; air dry flat, do not tumble. The outer shell is spot-clean only — foam core and all. A soft brush with mild soap handles most of it.
Up to 18 characters, including spaces and apostrophes — a name, a birthday, a line like my baby's first car. Embroidery is included at no extra cost. We send a photo of the actual stitched plate for approval before the run starts.
One piece. Order a single car to check the sewing and the basin depth, then move to 100+ for wholesale pricing. Custom body colours start at 500 pieces.
EN71-1/-2/-3, ASTM F963 and CPSIA are all available on request, quoted as a separate lab fee. The car has no small detachable parts, no magnet, no button cell and no rigid core, which keeps the test matrix short. Static load is tested to 15 kg.
One car per polybag, one per carton at 1030 × 540 × 480 mm, 0.267 cbm, 3.6 kg gross. About 250 pieces per 40HQ. Polybag can be swapped for a fabric dust bag, and the carton takes your own shipping mark.
